BBA (Hons) (Bachelor of Business Administration)
The objective of this program is to develop skills and judgments of an individual for effective management. The emphasis is on the development of a student’s ability to evaluate business and organizational situations so as to enable him/her in making informed and creative judgment about policy and operations. The program focuses on preparing students for challenging roles in a competitive local and global environment, specifically in terms of preparation for management role in public, development or private sector organizations. The BBA program begins with a sequence of general education, core courses and is followed by arrange of elective courses.
Besides exposing students to various core disciplines in business, it offers them special opportunity to these concepts to their own work environment, international content and the ability to subsequently branch out in a particular area such as management, small business and entrepreneurship, human resources, sales and marketing, financial and international management.
ELIGIBILITY:
Students with FA, F.Sc, D.Com, DBA, DAE or equivalent qualification having at least second division and securing 45% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply.

BS Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
Bachelor of Commerce (BS COM) The BS COM degree program is started to provide opportunities to the students with diverse educational backgrounds (humanities, science, arts and commerce) who want to start their career in the field of commerce and business. The scheme of studies is designed to meet the dynamic market demands in the field of commerce and business. The program curricula offer the students opportunity to gain knowledge and skills relevant to the field. The curricula is designed to impart theoretical knowledge in subjects including functional English, oral and written communication, Pakistan studies, Islamic studies, economics, accounting, management, research and teamwork and inculcate skills such as communication, leadership, analytical, quantitative methods, and decision making. The program is flexible in terms of offering specializations in Accounting & Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management. The program is aimed to enable students to build and maintain balance between the targets of economic success and the limitations of increasing social and environmental responsibility.
Scheme of Study
A student of BS Commerce is required to complete 132 Credit Hours. Besides course work they have to complete eight (08) weeks internship in an organization of repute or undergo a research report. The weightage of internship and research report is equal to six (06) credit hours. The normal duration for the completion of the program is eight semesters which shall complete in four years period of time.
Degree to be Awarded:
- BS Commerce (Accounting and Finance): A Student who takes at least 30 Credit Hour Courses listed under Accounting and Finance including 18 Credit Hours of Required Accounting and Finance Courses.
- BS Commerce (Human Resource Management): A Student who takes at least 30 Credit Hour Courses listed under Human Resource Management including 18 Credit Hours of Required Human Resource Management Courses.
- BS Commerce (Marketing): A Student who takes at least 30 Credit Hour Courses listed under Marketing including 18 Credit Hours of Required Marketing Courses.
Eligibility for Admission
Candidates with F.A and F.Sc or equivalent qualifications and having at least second division securing 45% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply.
Assessment
Students’ level of understanding in every course is evaluated through a 30 marks Midterm Examination half way through the semester followed by a 50 marks final examination at the end of semester as well as a 20 marks assignment/ quiz tests thus totaling to a 100 marks assessment for each subject. In addition, students are required to take up any one of the internship or research project worth of 6 credit hours for the successful completion and attainment of their Two-Years Masters in Commerce degree.
